The Barefoot Hootenanny Music Festival is a three-day celebration where live music meets riverside adventure and community. Hosted by River Island Adventures and The Goofy Footers, the family-friendly event features two stages of performances and workshops alongside kayaking, local art, food and drink vendors, and communal campfire nights. Attendees can choose day access or stay overnight with several camping options, plus enjoy outpost amenities and plenty of space to relax and connect with others along the Waccamaw River.

CAMPING PACKAGES:

🏕️ Woodsy Tent Camping $150 per adult⁣ (includes 1 Three Day Pass)
Our shaded, wooded camping area offers a rustic, choose-your-own-spot camping experience! Find your space among the trees and set up your tent for the weekend. Communal fire pits and picnic tables will be available for campers to gather, share meals and enjoy the outdoors together. Each paid reservation will receive 1 Tent Tag upon arrival that must be secured to the exterior of your tent for the duration of the festival. Please plan for approximately a 15’ x 15’ camping footprint area per reservation. You will be allowed a short amount of time to unload your gear at your desired camping spot but NO VEHICLES are allowed in the Woodsy Tent Camping area. All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area in the field.
Be sure to purchase a Weekend Day Pass for any additional persons that will be staying in your tent. We kindly ask that you be mindful of space and your fellow campers as you set up your campsite and during your stay. You must bring your own tent, hammock and camping gear. River Island Adventures has a limited supply of tents available to rent, please contact them for details.
INCLUDES ONE (1) THREE DAY PASS = Only $50 for Woodsy Tent Camping

🚗 Park + Camp $250 per vehicle (includes 2 Three Day Passes)
Car camping offers unbeatable convenience, lockable security for your valuables, and protection from unpredictable weather. Included in this reservation is a 20’ x 20’ designated space for one vehicle and tent setup within the Camping Field. These spaces will be first-come, first-served basis and spaces CANNOT be reserved or saved for arriving groups. If you are traveling with a group we recommend coordinating a meeting point before arrival so that you may enter together. Please note, once parked onsite, vehicles are not permitted to exit and re-enter.
Be sure to purchase a Weekend Day Pass for any additional persons that will be staying in your car. We kindly ask that you be mindful of space and your fellow campers as you set up your campsite and during your stay. You must bring your own tent, hammock and camping gear. RV camping is the ultimate way to experience the weekend
Includes a 20’ x 50’ designated space for one RV within the Camping Field, this will be a first-come, first-served basis. This is a non-powered site with no power, water or waste hookups. RV’s must be fully contained but generators are permitted. Please note, once parked onsite, vehicles are not permitted to exit and re-enter.
Be sure to purchase a Weekend Day Pass for any additional persons that will be staying in your RV. We kindly ask that you be mindful of space and your fellow campers as you set up your campsite and during your stay.
INCLUDES TWO (2) THREE DAY PASSES = Only $100 for Unplugged RV Camping
